Q. What car seat will fit my car?
A. We get asked this a lot, and to be honest we dont know without first trying it in your car. There are manufacturer's guidelines available (but they are only guidelines) and we have our own database of seats that we have fitted. We always advise customers to come to our shop in West Wickham, Kent where we have car seat fitting bays at the rear of the shop. You are taking a big risk If you buy a car seat without trying it in your car first. All BabyBaby Shop advisors are fully trained by Bromley road safety - one of the only councils in the UK with a team dedicated to Car seat fitting standards.

Q. Ive seen a car seat on ebay for a fraction of that price
A. We know ourselves how tough it is at the moment, everyone wants a bargain. But please!, do not buy a car seat second hand. They are usually older models and safety standards are changing all the time. Also, how do you know it will fit your car correctly, that it hasnt already been in an accident or is damaged internally. We think buying a correctly fitted brand new car seat is a small price to pay for the peace of mind it will give you.

If you are too far away then we have an online shopping site (although many manufacture's are now stopping online sales as they want their products to be carefully demonstrated before purchase)
All our staff are fully trained in carseat fitting and will only sell you a carseat once we have made sure it fits correctly in your car.

Q. Emma (from Kent) I have twins so my costs are double, what deals can you do for me? 
A. Hi Emma, we are all mums ourselves so we know things can be very expensive. With the internet, prices are now really competitive. We work hard to compete with internet prices and we always offer fantastic deals when you spend over £300. We often have week long or weekend sales and 2 for 1 offers. But what we really offer is fantastic, great advice on your purchase so you can be sure you are getting the right things for your twins.
